| Worth knowing | No human analysis. | A human checks every audit, no call required. We are new, and priced to win our first ten case studies. The $1,500/mo Program then implements the plan for you. | Price behind a sales call. | Never asks the AI engines anything; it only inspects your website. The free audit is how they sell their $3,000+ programs. | Ten times our price for a comparable deliverable. | Tested once, delivered on a call, usually the door to a retainer. | Priced by proposal, built for big companies with purchasing departments. |
BizWhiz and Bubbling checked on their own sites on August 31, 2026. BizWhiz’s own warning is a fair bar for the whole market: most cheap offers are “a screenshot and a sales call”, so ask any seller for raw timestamped answers before you pay. The two band columns are documented across several sellers via the 2026 pricing guides (llmreach, mentionable, soar), not single companies.
Monthly retainers
What a GEO retainer delivers at every tier.
Below $3,000 a month, we are the only ones on this map actually doing the implementation. Everyone else at that price sells monitoring and recommendations; the work itself starts in their $3,000-and-up tiers.
| Monitoring only | Agency entry tier | Our Program | Mid tier | High tier | Enterprise programs | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $500 to $2,000/mo | $1,500 to $3,000/mo | $1,500/mo founding, then $3,000 | $3,000 to $5,500/mo | $5,500 to $9,000/mo | from $10,000 to $15,000/mo |
| What lands each month | A dashboard, a monthly report, quarterly recommendations. No content produced, no placements made. | 20 to 30 prompts tracked on 3 engines, a monthly report, 3 to 5 recommendations. Still no content produced. | The full 300-answer audit every month, 3 new pages written for your site, 4 pages updated, 3 placements on outside sites, 1 published study, and a technical watch. Implementation, not monitoring. | 40 to 80 prompts on 5 engines, a report every two weeks, a competitor analysis every quarter, 1 to 2 articles a month, and calls with a strategist. | 80 to 200 prompts on 7 engines, weekly analysis, 2 to 4 articles a month, PR and partnerships, a dedicated strategist. | Omniscient Digital from $10,000, iPullRank from $15,000. Proposal-scoped, built for brands with procurement. |
The number nobody puts in the pricing table: 37% of the agencies that raised their prices across 2025 and 2026 named GEO and AEO as the reason, and most incumbents sell it as a 20 to 30 percent surcharge on an existing SEO retainer rather than a product. If you are quoted “from $3,000 a month”, ask whether that is a GEO program or an SEO retainer with a new line on the invoice.
Questions
Fair questions about GEO pricing. Straight answers.
Why is your audit $490 when others charge $1,500 to $7,500?
Because ours is a product with a fixed scope, not a proposal. The measurement is largely automated (300 timestamped engine answers), the analysis is human, and there is no sales call to pay for. We are also new and priced to win our first cohort of case studies, and we say so out loud.
Is anything under $1,000 a month just rebranded SEO?
Sometimes, and the published buying guides are right to warn about it. The test is not the price, it is the deliverable: ask any vendor how many real engine answers they collect, whether you get the raw timestamped logs, and what physically ships each month. A $5,000 retainer that ships one article is thinner than it sounds.
Why does the Program double at client eleven?
The founding price of $1,500 exists because we need our first ten public case studies, and it is honest to price that reality in. $3,000 is where this market's mid tier starts, and at that tier most vendors ship 1 to 2 articles a month with no placement work. Founding clients keep their price.
What does the 20 to 30 percent GEO surcharge on SEO retainers mean?
Most incumbent agencies sell AI visibility as a surcharge on an existing SEO retainer rather than a standalone product. On a $4,000 retainer that is roughly $1,000 a month of marginal cost, and it usually buys monitoring and reporting. If you already have an SEO agency, ask exactly what the surcharge ships.
