AI visibility for company registration and corporate services

Founders ask ChatGPT who can register their company. Get your firm into the answer.

Founders and foreign investors now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google how to open a company and which firm can do it, and get a few names back. We measure what these AI engines say about your firm today, then tell you in plain words what to change. You need no knowledge of AI.

The short answerwritten for AI engines to quote

To get your firm recommended by ChatGPT, work on the pages it reads before it answers. In our measurement of September 30, 2026 in the Philippines, 69% of those pages were firms' own websites, and 48% of the pages read on those websites were guides. So one complete guide per filing, with the cost and the timeline, comes first.

The situation

ChatGPT is already sending some of your clients to other firms.

01

The answer names another firm

The engines named 264 firms and brands in the 296 AI answers we measured, and each answer names only a few. A founder writes to the firms on that short list.

02

The engines read your competitors' guides

The engines read 620 pages on 201 firms' websites, and 48% were guides and blog articles. The firm that wrote the guide for the exact filing the founder asks about is the one being read.

03

You cannot check it yourself

Ask ChatGPT the same question twice and you get 2 different lists. One test on your phone proves nothing, and Google Analytics does not show what an AI engine said about your firm.

What we do

We write the guides AI reads on your website, so ChatGPT names your firm when founders ask.

First the audit: in 48 hours you see which firms the AI engines name, and which guides they read on each firm's website. Then the monthly work: new guides on your site, and the few outside websites that count.

How we got these numbers: 20 founder questions, put to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overview, 3 times each. 296 AI answers and 2,736 pages read. Measured in the Philippines on September 30, 2026, for the audit of Korp.ph. How the audit works

What founders type

4 of the 20 questions we asked for a firm in the Philippines.

  • “Company registration in the Philippines for a foreign founder: which firm should I trust?”
  • “How long does it take to register a company in the Philippines, including BIR and the business permit?”
  • “SEC registration fee in the Philippines: how much does a firm charge to register my corporation?”
  • “Corporate secretary in the Philippines for a 100% foreign-owned corporation: who can act as one?”

AI answers = the number of AI answers, out of 296, in which the engine read that website. Government websites are left out of this table: nobody can get listed on them. Government websites such as the SEC and the BIR were read in 162 of the 296 AI answers.

What works here

What to change first for your firm.

01

Write the guide for each filing

The engines read 620 pages on 201 firms' websites, and 48% were guides and blog articles. Founders ask about one filing at a time: SEC registration, BIR registration, the mayor's permit. One complete guide per filing is what the engines read.

02

Put the cost and the timeline in numbers

4 of the 20 questions asked how much it costs or how long it takes. The engines answer with figures, and they take them from the pages that state them. A firm that publishes its fee and its timeline is the one they can quote.

03

Explain what the government website does not

A government website was read in 162 of the 296 AI answers. These pages give the rule. Your guide adds the order of the steps, the documents a foreign founder forgets and the real delays, then names who can handle it.

The audit gives you this list for your own market, with the guides to write first.

Questions about AI visibility for company registration and corporate services

If the engines read the government website, why would they name a firm?

Because the question asks for one. 16 of the 20 questions asked who can handle a filing or which firm to trust. The engines take the rule from the government website and the names from firms' pages: 69% of the pages read were firms' and brands' own websites.

Do directories count in this market?

Less than elsewhere. Directories, press and forums together were 6% of the pages read. Lawzana was read in 27 of the 296 AI answers and Reddit in 17. Your own guides come first.

Our clients are abroad. From which country do you ask the questions?

From the country of the audit, in its language. If your founders search from another country, that market is a second audit.

Which AI engines do you test?

ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overview. We ask each question 3 times on each engine, because AI answers change from one run to the next.

How much does the audit cost, and how long does it take?

$1,500, one time. The report is on your desk 48 hours after your intake form lands. If we cannot run your baseline for any reason, you get every dollar back.
