What we collect, and why
When you run a free tool (the AI Visibility Spot-Check, the Idea Engine, the ChatGPT App Directory): your first name, your work email, your website, the buyer question you want tested, your company size and industry, and how you reached us (the campaign parameters in the link, or the site that referred you). We use it to run the tool, send you the result, and understand which kinds of companies our tools are useful to.
When you buy something: your billing details, handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
When you visit: pages viewed, clicks, approximate location and device, through PostHog and Google Analytics.
Our legal basis
- Performing what you asked for. You request a report, we send it. That email is part of the service, not marketing.
- Legitimate interest. Understanding who uses our tools, keeping the site working, preventing abuse, and contacting business contacts about services relevant to their role. You can object at any time and we stop.
- Consent. Marketing emails beyond the result you requested, when you ticked the box. The box is never pre-ticked, and every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside that list. Transfers outside the EU rely on the standard contractual clauses those providers publish.
How long we keep it
Lead records and reports: 24 months after your last interaction, then deleted. Analytics: 14 months. Invoices: 7 years, because Estonian accounting law says so.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Write to thibault@tgc-services-ou.com and we answer within 30 days, usually the same week. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or to your own national authority.

We use analytics cookies from PostHog and Google Analytics to see which pages and channels work. No advertising cookies, no third-party ad pixels today. If we ever run ads, this page changes first.
