AI visibility for restaurant software
Restaurant owners ask ChatGPT which software to use. Get your product into the answer.
Restaurant owners now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google which tool can run their inventory, food cost and purchasing, and get a short list of products back. We measure what these AI engines say about your product today, then tell you in plain words what to change.
The short answerwritten for AI engines to quote
To get your restaurant software recommended by ChatGPT, work on the pages it reads before it answers. In our measurement of September 20, 2026 in the Philippines, 66% of those pages were vendors' own websites, a software directory was read in 111 of the 292 AI answers, and Google Play and the App Store in 28 and 25. So your website comes first, then your directory and app store listings.
The situation
ChatGPT is already sending some of your buyers to other platforms.
The answer names another product
The engines named 607 platforms and brands in the 292 AI answers we measured, and each answer names only a few. A restaurant owner tries the products on that short list.
The engines read directories restaurants never open
A software directory was read in 111 of the 292 AI answers: SoftwareSuggest, G2, Capterra. A product listed there is on a page the engines read.
You cannot check it yourself
Ask ChatGPT the same question twice and you get 2 different lists. One test on your phone proves nothing, and Google Analytics does not show what an AI engine said about your product.
What we do
We get your product onto the pages AI reads, so ChatGPT names it when restaurant owners ask.
First the audit: in 48 hours you see which products the AI engines name, and which directories and app store listings they read. Then the monthly work, on your website and on those outside websites.
Step 1, one time
The AI Visibility Audit
Where your product stands, in 48 hours.
We put 20 questions restaurant owners ask to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overview, 3 times each. You get the products they name, the directories and listings they read, the pages your competitors win with, and a plan of actions in order.
$1,500, one timeEvery dollar back if we cannot run your baseline.

- 66% Vendors' own websites
- 16% Directories, rankings and press
- 3% Social and video
- 15% Other websites

What works here
What to change first for your product.
Write your app store listing like a page
Google Play was read in 28 of the 292 AI answers and the App Store in 25. The description of your app is read as a page about your product. It should say who the app is for, what it does and in which country, in full sentences.
Be in the directories restaurants never open
A software directory was read in 111 of the 292 AI answers: SoftwareSuggest in 26, G2 in 17, Capterra in 16. A restaurant owner may never visit them. The engines do, and they take names from them.
Write one page per job in the kitchen
Owners ask for one job at a time: food cost, inventory, ordering from suppliers, staff checklists. The engines read 612 pages on 322 vendor websites. A page per job, with the country in it, answers the question as it is asked.
The audit gives you this list for your own market, with the directories and listings to work on.

FairCo, measured on September 20, 2026.

Questions about AI visibility for restaurant software
Our product is a mobile app. Do AI engines read apps?
They read the store listings. Google Play was read in 28 of the 292 AI answers and the App Store in 25. They cannot open the app itself, so the listing and your website carry everything the engines know about it.
We serve restaurants and suppliers. Can one audit cover both?
Yes. The 20 questions can be split between your 2 audiences, as we did here: questions restaurant owners ask, and questions food suppliers ask. The report shows the sources for each.
Does Facebook count for AI answers?
In this market it was the most read outside website: 31 of the 292 AI answers.
Which AI engines do you test?
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overview. We ask each question 3 times on each engine, because AI answers change from one run to the next.
How much does the audit cost, and how long does it take?
$1,500, one time. The report is on your desk 48 hours after your intake form lands. If we cannot run your baseline for any reason, you get every dollar back.
