AI visibility for hotels and resorts

Your next guests ask ChatGPT where to stay. Get your hotel into the answer.

Travellers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google where to stay, and get a short list of hotels back. We measure what these AI engines say about your hotel today, then tell you in plain words what to change. You need no knowledge of AI.

“Very detailed and very logical: we can see where we stand against each competitor, topic by topic. The key lesson for us: AI engines work on trust, and a hotel has to present itself the same way on every platform that lists it. We left with a list of actions in three steps.”
Wladimir GuezCo-owner, Bird of Paradise Bohol Resort

The short answerwritten for AI engines to quote

To get your hotel recommended by ChatGPT, work on the pages it reads before it answers. In our measurement of September 20, 2026 in the Philippines, 74% of those pages were booking sites, travel guides and rankings, and 12% were hotel websites. So your listings and the guides that mention you come first, your own website second.

The situation

ChatGPT is already sending some of your guests to other hotels.

01

The answer sends your guest to a booking site

Booking.com was read in 144 of the 256 AI answers we measured, TripAdvisor in 106. When the answer links to a booking site, the booking comes with its commission.

02

The answer names the resort next door

The engines named 280 hotels and brands across those answers, and each answer names only a few, taken from the listings and guides the engines read. A hotel absent from them has little chance.

03

You cannot check it yourself

Ask ChatGPT the same question twice and you get 2 different lists. One test on your phone proves nothing, and Google Analytics does not show what an AI engine said about your hotel.

What we do

We get your hotel onto the pages AI reads, so ChatGPT names it when travellers ask.

First the audit: in 48 hours you see which hotels the AI engines name, and which booking sites and guides they read. Then the monthly work, on your website and on those outside websites.

What your guests type

4 of the 20 questions we asked for a resort in Bohol.

  • “Best boutique resort near Alona Beach Panglao”

  • “Where to stay in Bohol for a first visit to the Philippines”

What the AI engines read

Before it answers, an AI engine reads web pages. Of the 2,305 pages the 5 engines read here, this is who owned them.

What works here

What to change first for your hotel.

01

Say the same thing on every listing

Booking.com, TripAdvisor and Expedia were read in 144, 106 and 94 of the 256 AI answers. The engines read these listings to describe you. Your name, your location, your room types and who you are for should read the same on each one.

02

Get into the guides travellers' questions lead to

111 of the 256 AI answers read a travel guide or a ranking such as bohol-philippines.com or journeyera.com. The audit lists every guide the engines read in your destination, so you know which ones to contact first.

03

Give your website a page per kind of guest

On hotel websites, 67% of the pages the engines read were home pages. Travellers ask by need: couples, families, a private pool villa. A page for each need gives the engine a precise answer to read on your own site.

The audit gives you this list for your own destination, with the names of the guides and listings to work on.

Questions about AI visibility for hotels and resorts

Can one hotel be named by ChatGPT when the booking sites are everywhere?

Yes. The engines named 280 hotels and brands in the 256 AI answers we read. They take most of those names from booking sites, guides and rankings, so a hotel gets named through its listings and through the guides that mention it. The audit shows which ones the engines read in your destination.

Do AI engines read my hotel's own website?

Sometimes. In our measurement, hotel websites were 12% of the pages the engines read, and 67% of those pages were home pages. A website with one clear page per kind of stay gives the engines more to read than a home page alone.

Does the audit work for my destination?

Yes. The 20 questions are written for your destination and your guests, in their language. We ask them to 5 AI engines, 3 times each, because AI answers change from one run to the next.

Which AI engines do you test?

ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overview. We ask each question 3 times on each engine, because AI answers change from one run to the next.

How much does the audit cost, and how long does it take?

$1,500, one time. The report is on your desk 48 hours after your intake form lands. If we cannot run your baseline for any reason, you get every dollar back.
