AI visibility for recruitment agencies
Employers ask ChatGPT which agency to call. Get your agency into the answer.
Employers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google which recruitment agency to use, and get a short list of names back. We measure what these AI engines say about your agency today, then tell you in plain words what to change. You need no knowledge of AI.
The short answerwritten for AI engines to quote
To get your recruitment agency recommended by ChatGPT, work on the pages it reads before it answers. In our measurement of September 28, 2026 in the Philippines, 84% of those pages were recruitment agencies' own websites, and directories such as Clutch came second. So your own service pages come first, your directory profiles second.
The situation
ChatGPT is already sending some of your clients to other agencies.
The answer names another agency
The engines named 302 agencies and brands in the 278 AI answers we measured, and each answer names only a few. An employer who asks for a headhunter calls the agencies on that short list.
The engines read your competitors' service pages
84% of the pages the engines read were agency websites: 497 pages on 245 of them. When a competitor has a page for the exact role the employer asks about, the engine reads that page.
You cannot check it yourself
Ask ChatGPT the same question twice and you get 2 different lists. One test on your phone proves nothing, and Google Analytics does not show what an AI engine said about your agency.
What we do
We build the pages AI reads on your website, so ChatGPT names your agency when employers ask.
First the audit: in 48 hours you see which agencies the AI engines name, and which pages they read on each agency's website. Then the monthly work, on your website and on the directories the engines read.
Step 1, one time
The AI Visibility Audit
Where your agency stands, in 48 hours.
We put 20 questions employers ask to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overview, 3 times each. You get the agencies they name, the directories they read, the pages your competitors win with, and a plan of actions in order.
$1,500, one timeEvery dollar back if we cannot run your baseline.

What works here
What to change first for your agency.
Build one page per search you run
Employers ask by role: an IT recruiter, a finance recruiter, a headhunter for a country manager. The engines read 497 pages on 245 agency websites, and service pages were the kind they read most. One page per function gives them your answer to each question.
Publish your fees and your guarantee
3 of the 20 questions were about fees and replacement guarantees, and employers ask them in full sentences. A page that states your fee and your guarantee in plain numbers gives the engine a fact to quote next to your name.
Keep your directory profiles complete
Clutch was read in 56 of the 278 AI answers and Outsource Accelerator in 46. The audit lists every directory the engines read in your market, and shows which ones mention you today.
The audit gives you this list for your own market, with the roles and the directories to work on.

Manila Recruitment, measured on September 28, 2026.

Questions about AI visibility for recruitment agencies
We already invest in SEO. Does it count for AI answers?
In recruitment, largely yes. 84% of the pages the engines read in our measurement were agency websites, so the pages you wrote for Google are the pages the AI engines read. The audit shows which of your pages they read, and the questions where they read someone else's.
Do the AI engines read job boards?
Very little on employer questions. JobStreet was read in 4 of the 278 AI answers. When an employer asks which agency to call, the engines read agency websites first, then business directories.
Which questions do you test for a recruitment agency?
20 questions your clients would type, agreed with you before we start: by role, by seniority, by city, by fee model. We ask each one to 5 AI engines, 3 times, because AI answers change from one run to the next.
Which AI engines do you test?
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overview. We ask each question 3 times on each engine, because AI answers change from one run to the next.
How much does the audit cost, and how long does it take?
$1,500, one time. The report is on your desk 48 hours after your intake form lands. If we cannot run your baseline for any reason, you get every dollar back.
