Share of Answer, live
Our own AI visibility, measured every week.
Why this page exists
We sell AI visibility, so we run our own method on ourselves and publish the result, up or down. Every week, 26 real buyer questions go to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Mode, and we count how often NextChannel Studio is named. Day one: 124 answers, zero mentions. This page is the climb.

The definition
What is Share of Answer?
Share of Answer is the share of AI-generated answers that name a given brand, measured on a fixed set of buyer questions asked repeatedly across engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. It is GEO’s version of market share: not where you rank in a list of links, but how often you are part of the answer itself.
Three rules make the number trustworthy. The questions stay fixed, so readings are comparable over time. Each question is asked several times, because AI answers change between runs. And the result is judged on a 4-week rolling average, never a single reading, because cited sources change constantly from month to month.
The rest of this page is the metric in action: our own Share of Answer, measured every week by the same robot that runs our client audits, published whether it goes up or down.
The baseline
Day one: named 0 times out of 124 answers.
Exactly what a brand with no citation layer should expect, and the honest starting point of every curve we will ever show a client. The questions cover our own buying questions: audits, prices, agencies, lead magnets, ChatGPT apps.

The latest reading
Where the counter stands right now.
Pulled live from our measurement robot, the same one that runs client audits. One engine is re-measured every weekday; a full week is one complete reading of every question on every engine (130 answers since September 1, when question 26 joined the set).

Raw answers are timestamped and stored; ask and we will show them. Judged on a 4-week rolling average, never a single run.
The actions behind the curve
What we did, dated, next to what moved.
A curve without the actions behind it is a horoscope. This log is what lets anyone, including us, connect cause and effect.
Baseline measured: 124 answers, named 0 times. The three first method pages went live the same day, after the baseline ran: /methodology, /geo-pricing, /geo-price-comparison.
Domain moved to nextchannelstudio.com (brand name = domain, for entity clarity). Four more pages shipped: /aeo-vs-geo-vs-seo, /why-chatgpt-ignores-your-brand, /best-geo-agencies, and this page.
The entity work: Clutch company profile created (under review), the free Spot-Check submitted to G2's Answer Engine Optimization Tools category, and NextChannel Studio got its Wikidata entry (Q141246576) with the official website, inception and EU VAT number as anchors.
