AI visibility for event ticketing platforms

Organisers ask ChatGPT where to sell their tickets. Get your platform into the answer.

Organisers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google which ticketing platform to use, and ticket buyers ask what is on this weekend. We measure what these AI engines say about your platform and your events today, then tell you in plain words what to change.

“Great overview, very dense. We now have real visibility on our market and our competitors, the list of media where we need to appear, and a detailed list of actions to implement. Clear, rigorous, and delivered fast.”

The short answerwritten for AI engines to quote

To get your ticketing platform recommended by ChatGPT, work on the pages it reads before it answers. In our measurement of September 17, 2026 in Singapore, the engines read software directories such as Capterra on organiser questions, and city media such as Time Out on ticket buyer questions. So you have 2 lists of websites to work on, one per audience.

The situation

ChatGPT is already sending some of your organisers to other platforms.

01

The answer names another platform

The engines named 545 platforms, events and brands in the 300 AI answers we measured. An organiser who asks where to sell tickets hears a few names, and tries those.

02

Ticket buyers are answered from city media

When a ticket buyer asks what is on this weekend, the engines read Time Out, Honeycombers and Mixmag Asia. An event listed in those articles is on a page the engines read.

03

You cannot check it yourself

Ask ChatGPT the same question twice and you get 2 different lists. One test on your phone proves nothing, and Google Analytics does not show what an AI engine said about your platform.

What we do

We get your platform and your events onto the pages AI reads, so ChatGPT names them when people ask.

First the audit: in 48 hours you see which platforms the AI engines name, and which directories and city media they read. Then the monthly work, on your website and on those outside websites.

Before it answers, an AI engine reads web pages. Of the 2,937 pages the 5 engines read here, this is who owned them.

  • 51% Platforms' and organisers' own websites

What works here

What to change first for your platform.

01

Treat the 2 audiences as 2 projects

Capterra and GetApp were read only on organiser questions. Time Out, Honeycombers and Mixmag Asia were read only on ticket buyer questions. The audit gives you one list of sources per audience, so each team knows where to appear.

02

Get your events into the city media

A press or city media article was read in 121 of the 300 AI answers. When a ticket buyer asks what is on this weekend, the engines read these articles and name the events in them. Every event listed there carries your platform with it.

03

Publish your fees next to the big names

Organisers ask for an alternative to Eventbrite or Peatix, and for the cheapest platform with fees compared. A page on your site that compares fees line by line gives the engines a direct answer to quote.

The audit gives you these 2 lists for your own city, with the names of the directories and the media to work on.

Questions about AI visibility for event ticketing platforms

Why test ticket buyer questions if we sell to organisers?

Because ticket buyers ask the AI engines for events, and the events are on your platform. When an engine names an event you sell, it sends the buyer to your checkout. We split the 20 questions between the 2 audiences: 10 for organisers, 10 for ticket buyers.

Do the AI engines read Reddit?

On ticket buyer questions, yes. Reddit was read in 22 of the 300 AI answers, almost all of them about which events to go to. On organiser questions the engines read software directories and the platforms' own websites.

We run events in several cities. Which one do you test?

One market per audit, so every number means something. We ask the questions from that country, in its language. Another city is another audit.

Which AI engines do you test?

ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overview. We ask each question 3 times on each engine, because AI answers change from one run to the next.

How much does the audit cost, and how long does it take?

$1,500, one time. The report is on your desk 48 hours after your intake form lands. If we cannot run your baseline for any reason, you get every dollar back.
